Our Philosophy
Religious School for K-2 is filled with creativity, interaction and fun. We encourage students to use their hands and hearts through:
Stories • Singing • Israeli Folk Dance • Puppets • Crafts • Jewish Food Projects • Themed Scavenger Hunts
In their classrooms, children learn about the synagogue, holidays, values, traditions, God and Torah.
Religious School Students in Grades 3-6 graduate to our exciting camp-style program - building Jewish friendships and learning in a fun and engaging setting. Students begin each week studying serious Jewish texts and teachings on a variety of relevant topics, from strengthening character and relationships, to addressing social challenges in the real world, to religious practices that enhance daily living, to Jewish ideals that increase personal responsibility. They then proceed to their camp-style activities, which include:
Cooking • Art • Robotics • Jewish Tech Games/Video • Sports • Sewing • Magic • Krav Maga (Israeli Martial Arts) • Jewish Lego Building • Drama • Drum Circle
