Olim Grades 9-12

Olim is Temple Solel’s High School youth group open to all in grades 9-12.  Led by our 10 member board of high school students, Olim is dedicated to establishing a strong connection for Jewish youth to their heritage as well as fostering a love of Judaism and lifelong friendships.  Our board creates monthly social events that often get between 45-70 attendees.  The Olim advisor is Temple Solel’s Director of Youth Programming, Craig Parks.

Olim meets about two times a month to participate in fun, secular and traditional activities (some examples include Teen Shabbat Jam, comedy club, bowling, or just go to dinner and enjoy each others company). The exciting events facilitated by our youth board help to nurture a unique Jewish experience for all teenagers in the community.
